Counteraction of the Russian imperial authorities to Japanese investigation at far east boundaries at the beginning of the XX century

The summary In article is analyzed activities of the Russian power structures for fight against Japanese espionage on the eve of World War I. It is noted that thanks to that Japanese scouts in the work leaned on the Japanese and Korean population of the Far East suburb of the Russian Empire the Russian authorities could not achieve serious success in counteraction to Japanese espionage.
