The article deals with the amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for the period from the beginning of 2013 till 11.10.2014 regarding anti-terrorist measures. The amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in November 2013 and May 2014 give evidence of a significant tightening of the criminal legal policy of the state in the sphere of terrorist crime control. The author makes an attempt of explanation of this policy.
