Conducting anti-corruption examination of normative-legal acts by the bodies of the prosecution: statement of the problem

The article discusses the issue of the anticorruption examination by the prosecution authorities of normative legal acts, identifies issues related to the problem of attributing the requirement of the prosecutor to change the normative legal act to other acts of the prosecutor’s response, considers the legal nature of such a requirement of the prosecutor, and also raises the question of the obligation to enforce the requirements of the prosecutor to change the regulatory legal act, in the case where the prosecutor has identified co-factors and officials.
