Throws in sport karate

The authors examine the subject in the general context of the tasks of the state youth policy in the field of physical culture and sports. The analysis of literature has allowed effectively evaluating throwing techniques in the arsenal of karate and significantly expanding tactical possibilities of fighting. The results of the research allow determining accurately the role of throws in achieving the fastest possible victory.
