Conduct of the optical connection line in the Gorniy ulus of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

This article is devoted to the issue of conducting a fiber-optic communication line in the rural region of Yakutia. The cable and financial costs of the cable network are considered. An approximate payback period is calculated.
