Psychiatric care for the population of the Russian Federation: resource provision and dynamics of indicators

Background. Mental health protection of the population is one of the priority tasks of the state policy. Its solution involves determining the degree of priority of the development and implementation of various technologies, treatment methods, and prevention strategies. At the same time, effective provision of medical care, which is designed to ensure a satisfactory level of diagnosis of mental disorders, treatment and rehabilitation of patients, is impossible without monitoring and assessing the quality of work of medical organizations and their divisions.
