The psychological and physical resilience of police officers in the face of tactical actions and military clashes is a critically important aspect of professional training that determines the effectiveness of operations to combat threats in an urban environment. The article provides an in-depth analysis of key problems, including uneven training programs, physiological failure under stress, tunnel vision, the influence of external factors and post-traumatic consequences that lead to indecision, panic and loss of initiative. Comprehensive solutions are offered: immersive smoke and noise simulations, biofeedback via sensors, command scenarios, psychological decompression, and neurocognitive protocols illustrated with examples.
