Physiological characteristics, which contribute the possibility of deviant behavior in the process of normal functioning of the body, has been presented. An assessment of psycho-physiological component of the risk of alcoholism and drug addiction has been done. Proposed by diagnostic algorithm of the human propensity to consume psychoactive substances.
