Psychological safety of the educational environment of the school as one of the factors of the development of emotional burnout of the teacher

The article presents theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of "psychological safety of the educational environment", analyzes the main factors affecting the psychological safety of educational subjects. In the course of an empirical study, it was found that a low level of psychological security of the educational environment provokes the development of emotional burnout of a teacher, which is expressed in an increasing awareness of the psychotraumatic factors of professional activity, the expansion of the sphere of saving emotions and the reduction of professional duties.
