The digitalization of customs processes is a key aspect of modernizing international trade, aimed at increasing transparency, speed, and efficiency in customs administration. In the context of globalization and rapid technological development, the automation of customs control procedures minimizes human factor influence, reduces costs for foreign trade participants, and enhances information security. This article examines the main directions of digital technology implementation, including the use of artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, and electronic declaration systems. Particular attention is given to analyzing the dynamics of foreign trade turnover and the effectiveness of digital services in the customs sector, as well as the attitude of foreign trade participants towards process automation.
