An athlete's psychological readiness for a competition is one of main factors of successful performance at relatively equal levels of physical, technical and tactical readiness. Identifying the factors that negatively affect an athlete's motivation, purposes and actions, is of great importance. One of these factors is a state anxiety level. That's why the regulation of state anxiety plays a great role to control athletes' mental condition.
