This article examines the possibility of personality transformation of aggressors and victims in the process of exiting the Karpman triangle at the junction of deep, existential and humanistic psychology. It is shown that these areas of psychological thought offer individuals to find the meaning of life and begin self-realization, i.e. self-actualization. This will allow one to find “inner support” and evaluate the situation of social interaction differently - self-sufficiency takes the place of dependence, self-actualization takes the place of neurotic needs, which will lead to a change in the nature of interpersonal communication.
