The problem of labor protection in agriculture, with the psychological characteristics of the operator is considered. The interrelation between a psychological situation, productivity and safety is established. The periods of change of working capacity, attention and traumatism degree are presented. It is concluded that the conduct of the system of labor protection measures cannot be implemented without psychological changes of agricultural workers.
