Psychological barriers to physical education classes among students with low fitness levels and ways to overcome them

The article examines psychological barriers that prevent students with low physical fitness levels from actively participating in physical education classes. Factors such as fear of judgment, self-doubt, fear of failure and injury, as well as low self-esteem are analyzed. Theoretically grounded ways to overcome these barriers are proposed, including individualization of the educational process, psychological support, creation of a motivating environment, and the use of adaptive methods. The article is based on an analysis of modern research in the field of psychology of physical culture and adaptive sports.
