Psychological factors of the formation of modern beauty ideals

The article deals with the problem of the influence of social standards of beauty on human behavior in the modern world. Psychological factors influencing the formation of modern beauty ideals are revealed, and the nature of this social phenomenon is analyzed. Based on scientific research, the author examines the peculiarities of the impact of beauty ideals on the development of individual psychological characteristics of personality, including self-esteem of a person.
