The systematic comparative analysis of the data based on a comprehensive psychodiagnostic study by bank of methods of 31 individuals with the presuicide states, which required civil commitment and with postsuicide after incomplete suicide attempts was carried out. On the assumption of the development priority of effective prevention measures the external social and psychological reasons and the internal factors and patterns of suicide genesis are discussed in the article. It is shown that they should be considered as a significant risk markers and self-motion mechanisms (development, maintenance and escalation) of the suicidal process. The early diagnosis of these key psychological appearances and mechanisms allows purposefully and effectively providing psychopharmacological treatment, psychotherapy and psychological intervention of the patients with suicidal states. Also it allows pointedly taking adequate measures of their readaptation and social rehabilitation.
