Psychological characteristics of the aggressiveness of police officers with different levels of emotional burnout

The text examines the syndrome of emotional burnout of a personality, describes its manifestation and origins, and its impact on personal changes. An overview of various models of this syndrome is given, including the three-factor model of K. Maslach. It is indicated that professional burnout is a transitional form from a state to a personality trait, is formed in professional activity and is associated with prolonged stress. An empirical study has been conducted showing the relationship between professional burnout and aggressiveness of law enforcement officers, confirming the hypothesis of differences in the manifestation of aggressiveness depending on the level of burnout.
