Psychological characteristics of professional competence of contemporary leaders

The article reveals the content of the key professional competencies of managers influencing the competitiveness of the Russian companies they lead. It explains why the manager should not only master the necessary professional competencies, but also consistently form in the company a corporate culture in which competence competitiveness oriented would be inherent in the whole team. The article raises questions about the resources with which key professional competencies are formed, and how favorable it is.
