Psychological features of personnel adaptation in a modern organization

The article considers the psychological features of personnel adaptation in a modern organization. The study indicates that the process of employee adaptation in an organization occupies an important place in personnel management. It is emphasized that today many Russian enterprises do not even have basic adaptation programs, which leads to such negative aspects in the personnel adaptation system as the departure of an employee at the stage of adaptation and the partial realization of existing potential. In addition, it is indicated that in modern conditions, the adaptation process should take place both on a professional and psychological level.
