Psychological features of the elite personality of a law enforcement officer

Psychological features of the elite personality of law enforcement officers are considered. Modern interpretations of the concepts of "elite" and "elitism" are presented. The results of a psychodiagnostic study of law enforcement officers are presented. It is shown that the majority of respondents can be attributed to the elite by their qualities. The main directions of psychological and pedagogical education that contribute to the formation of elite personality qualities in law enforcement officers are proposed.
