The psychological features of crisis development in the context of intragroup relations

The article deals with the analysis of psychological crises in the development of intragroup relations. The crisis period, manifesting itself in the conflict way of intragroup relations’ progress, is studied in terms of systemic aspects. The conflict development of the intragroup relations during the crisis period enables the activity of a special psychological mechanism, which is subordinate according to its social and psychological essence, since its key principle is the interpersonal hierarchy caused by the need for survival and functioning in crisis circumstances.
