Psychological characteristics of a leader in law enforcement

The article is devoted to the description of the psychological portrait of the personality of the head in law enforcement agencies. To this end, the main functions of the head of law enforcement agencies and their features related to the specifics of law enforcement. The author combines all sufficient and necessary psychological features of the head of law enforcement agencies into socio-psychological and organizational-legal competence integrated into technical, economic and legal culture. The author also defines a set of personal qualities of the head of law enforcement agencies, differentiating them into three interconnected blocks: functional-role, communicative-business, moral and ethical.
