Psychological features of work in medical institutions

The article discusses the main aspects of the relationship of doctors to colleagues and patients from a psychological point of view. The author considers the concepts of stress resistance, psychological stress. The aspects influencing the level of stress state of medical workers are highlighted. Recommendations are given to neutralize the negative psychological consequences of the relationship of medical staff with colleagues and patients.
