Psychological features women-leader in law-enforcement activity

Mainly in the article the problems of professional growth of women as leaders at the present stage are considered. It is about the gender aspects of leadership in the professional sphere, the stereotypes that exist in society regarding women’s managerial activity and some empirical facts that explain or disprove them. The focus is on the psychological characteristics of successful women, as well as on gender differences between leaders.
