Psychological aspect of the legal consciousness of a victim

This article discusses the theoretical issues concerned with the legal consciousness of a victim. The authors deal with the psychological aspect in its historical review, as well as the current status of this phenomenon in the XXI century. The authors emphasize the value of studying the victim behavior (negative or positive), which depends on the upbringing and education of a person.
