Psychological support of a high level of efficiency on the example of law enforcement officers

The author poses the problem of psychological support for a high level of efficiency, which is quite significantly revealed by the example of law enforcement officers. The signs of working capacity and emotional burnout formulated by psychology are analyzed, specific threats to human psychological health are identified using the example of police officers. It is proposed to develop a methodology for diagnosing "emotional burnout" in relation to specific professions, which will identify this phenomenon at an early stage and counteract it.
