Communication in information society acts as the main mechanism of an institutionalization of mentality of individuals. Difficult dissipative systems are connected with high entropy, cultural uncertainty and social chaos. Communication in the conditions of information entropy is urged to give to an individual the chance to create traditional psychosocial identity. The social chaos and cultural uncertainty do this process more difficult, there is destruction and simplification of the creating communication in the practical and speech statements. There is a transition from multi-virtual identification to formation of traditional psychosocial identity.
