The results of psychological research conducted at Faculty of Law of Perm State University are offered: - Interrogation (interview) should be conducted immediately after the incident. - Take into account that items are forgotten faster than general information. - During the interrogation (interview) it is necessary to wait until the victim calms down and comes to himself. - The methods of interrogation (interview) should be chosen only in accordance with the characteristics of the individual.
