Psychological and acmeological criteria of professionalism of municipal employees working in the social sphere

The article considers some aspects of professional development of municipal employees working in the social sphere, in particular, the levels of professionalism development, and psychological and acmeological criteria of its assessment. The author defines professionalism of municipal employees of social sphere from the perspective of the acmeological approach (personality and activity components). The factors impeding access of the high professional level are described. It is concluded, that the research results may be applied for the development of the methods focused on the improvement of professional skills of the municipal personnel working in social services.
