This article discusses the current problems of training young athletes of martial arts before competitions. During the preparation for such an event, a young athlete experiences a strong psychological load, which adversely affects his training. That is why every coach needs to know the right approach to their pupil. Also, each athlete experiences a strong emotional tension during the fight, due to which the fear of creating the right decision to achieve victory in the fight is manifested. Such stresses include: emotional and operational.
