The psychological-pedagogical specificities of self-attitude and distribution fairness norms among lawyers of both male and female

In this article there is a conducted analysis of distribution fairness norms investigations; there are considered gender specificities of self-attitude. The investigation sample was made up of 100 people (45% of men and 55% of women), aged from 19-69 years old, they are higher-education teaching personnel of the Saratov Sate Law Academy (The Prosecution Institute). In the article there are investigated the gender dimensions of the respondents perceptions about the official norms of distribution fairness among men and women. In the paper there is considered the distribution fairness nuclear model for both male and female sample. Also the article is indentified the specificities of self-attitude in men and women. There are analyzed concatenations specificities between the distribution fairness norms and self-attitude components.
