In article it is a question of psihologo-pedagogical ways of formation leadership qualities of cadets of high schools of law enforcement bodies in the course of adaptation to professional work. The reasons of difficulties of adaptation of cadets of high schools of law enforcement bodies to the future professional work are characterised. The role and a place leadership qualities in development of adaptable mechanisms of the future officers of law enforcement bodies are considered.
