Psycho-pedagogical conditions of adaptation of bachelors and first-year students to the educational process at the university

Today there are thousands of universities that educate tens of thousands of freshmen students. In the transition from school to University experience various difficulties in adapting bachelors to new conditions of training, accommodation, and cooperation. The article presents the basis for the organization of process of socialization of University students, the conditions of successful adaptation of freshmen to study at the University.
