Psychological and pedagogical conditions for using boxing to reduce aggression in high school students

This paper examines the problem of increased aggression among high school students and explores the potential of boxing to reduce aggression. The goal of this paper is to identify and characterize the psychological and pedagogical conditions that promote the reduction of aggression and the harmonious development of individuals through boxing. The study was conducted at the Nekrasovskaya Secondary School, where an experimental study was conducted to assess the dynamics of aggression among 9th and 10th grade students. It is concluded that by focusing on technique, discipline, and creating a favorable sociopsychological climate, boxing effectively transforms destructive aggression into a constructive direction, developing self-control and emotional stability.
