Psychological-pedagogical substantiation of master's degree program for «Management of system of preparation of handicraftsmen - businessmen for objects of city utilities»

In this article the principles of development of master`s degree programs for the preparation in the sphere of vocational training (on branches), allowing to prepare pedagogical staff for reforming the social - psychological aspect of the system of preparation of handicraftsmen - businessmen is considered. The content of master`s degree program for is built on the basis of the analysis of integration, system and culturalhistorical approaches, allowing to open personal-psychological and competent aspects of preparation of masters.
