Using the V.Yu. Kotlyakov questionnaire, (ranking of life values), it is shown that there is a misalignment area: women, focused on success (measured by use of A.A. Rean questionnaire), prefer family and communicative meanings, unexpressed (not differentiated) motivation has altruistic and security meanings dominating, whyle those avoiding failure subjects - family and existential meanings. Thus, the pursuit of women is directly contrary to the dominant meanings. Men, avoiding failure, have the same leading meanings as success-oriented women: family and communication; unexpressed motivation - status and fulfillment, while men focused on the success want fulfillment and communication. Remembering the fact that one of the dominant ways of solving cognitive dissonance is somatization, women with high achievement motivation and males with unexpresse motivation form a distinct risk group.
