Psychological trauma as a factor in the etiology of psychosomatic diseases and borderline mental disorders

The article discusses the phenomenon of mental trauma in the origin of psychosomatic diseases and borderline mental disorders: neurotic disorders, PTSD and personality disorders. The article also provides a brief overview of work on borderline mental illness, and relationships with psychosomatics, as well as differences in the genesis of psychological traumatic in the above disorders.
