Public legal restrictions for individual housing construction

This paper discusses the concept of «individual housing construction» and the main public law restrictions on individual housing construction, arising from the basic requirements of Article 30 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and the Code of Regulations SP 53.13330.2019 of October 14, 2019 N 618 / pr. The controversial issue of the obligation to comply with the recommendations of SNiP and SanPiN in the construction of an individual residential building is analyzed.
