The publicity of rights for real estate under conditions of the access restriction to personal data in the registry of real estate rights

The article is devoted to new rules for the submission of information, contained in the State registration of rights, which entered into force on 1 March 2023. The article deals with regulatory defined capabilities for receiving information about property owners of real estate objects, who are natural persons, from the registry of real estate rights. Analyzing the actual access restriction (complication) to personal data of property owners the author concludes that the purpose of the Russian registration system in ensuring the publicity of rights in real estate and preventing violations of the rights and interests of the participants in civil legal relations in real estate is preserved.
