Ways of financial optimization of the functioning of advocates’ self-management bodies

Purpose: This study aims to establish principles and methods of reducing the financial burden of the maintenance of advocates’ self-management bodies. Methodology: Statistical, hermeneutic and comparative methods were used. Results: The author proposes three principles and nine methods of reducing the financial burden of maintenance of advocates’ self-management bodies. Novelty/originality/value: The novelty of the paper lies not only in the absence of similar scientific publications on the topic, but also in the very statement of need for financial optimization of the work of advocates’ self-management bodies. Scientific and applied nature of the study point to its originality, while the scientific generalizations and proposals points to its scientific value.
