Increasing the investment potential of a construction company

A significant increase in investment resources is an important condition for increasing the capacity of the entire country, especially in modern conditions of the crisis and sanctions. This is directly related to the enterprises of the construction industry, which actually serve as the basis for the creation of the production and social infrastructure of other industries and the country as a whole. The article presents an analysis of the existing problems of development of construction companies, an assessment of the investment potential of the construction complex enterprises in the conditions of post-crisis phenomena COVID-19, including in terms of reproduction and updating of fixed assets, has been proposed for increasing the investment potential of construction enterprises.
