The paper presents a comparative analysis of conservative and operative methods of treatment of patients with complicated forms of diabetic foot. It was found that after conservative treatment, the effect was temporary and 64.7% of patients were re-admitted to inpatient treatment within a year (1-3 times). Only 10.5% of patients were re-hospitalized after reconstructive vascular surgery.
