Methods of increase of road and ecological safety of the auto transport complex, providing development of methodology of risk at research of objects and technologies, an estimation of reliability of drivers, development of methods of monitoring and forecasting of an ecological load of objects for environment, and also activity perfection under the reference with a waste of operation of vehicles at federal and regional levels are considered.
