Ways to Improve the Quality of Production Planning at Aircraft Engineering Enterprises

The article examines the features and main tasks of production planning to ensure the quality indicators of aviation equipment in development in order to improve it. The developed concept of improving the quality of the production planning process at aircraft engineering enterprises is presented, which will lead to a signifi cant increase in the effi ciency of the production activities of the developer enterprise and will ensure the coordinated and rhythmic work of all divisions of the enterprise in order to evenly implement projects with the effective use of all resources. Developed tools for improving the quality of the production planning process and ensuring the rhythm of the production process are presented, based on three methods: project planning, assessing the quality of the production planning process and increasing the motivation of engineering and technical personnel.
