Unsuccessful performance of athletes of Russia in distance track events (1500 m, 5, 10, 42 km 195 m athletics), cycling, skating, skiing, swimming and other associated primarily with the methodology of constructing the preparatory process, aimed at limiting the increase in training effects and premature exhaustion of reserve capacity. The structure of physical fitness, including aerobic sequence, mixed, anaerobic, anaerobic glycolytic energy impacts of large contingency of training loads (BTN) is closed in the aggregate for the formation of cardiorespiratory ("vegetative") endurance (G.
