Ways to overcome the deformation (distortion) of the principles of the appointment of punishment when reflected in judicial sentences

Purpose: To develop and outline ways to overcome (distort) the principles of the appointment of punishment when reflected in judicial sentences. Methodology: Dialectical method of cognition of social reality, complex consideration of social reality. Results: The causes of the deformation (distortion) of the principles of the appointment of punishment in the case of reflection in judicial sentences have been determined and suggested are the crooked ways to overcome it. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a high scientific value, because it is one of the first attempts to determine the causes of deformation (distortion) of the principles of imposing punishment when reflected in judicial sentences and to work out ways to overcome it.
