Ways of reforming the existing system of environmental payments

Is devoted to the problems of reforming environmental payments in Russia. In particular, the current system of economic incentives for environmental protection is analyzed, based on charging for negative environmental impact. Suggestions are made to increase the efficiency of using tax instruments to improve the environmental situation in Russia.
