The article presents research results dealing with the management structures of motor transportation enterprises. The authors study challenges and barriers of efficient management of motor transport companies that restrict development of motor transport enterprises. The authors suggest the ways of improvement and restructuring of administrative measures that will take a company to the next level of efficient management and operation.
