Ways to improve results of surgical treatment of mechanical yellow of beneficial genesis

The article analyzes the results of diagnostics and complex treatment of 142 patients with mechanical jaundice of benign genesis. The optimal treatment option for patients in this category is a two-stage surgical tactic: аt the first stage - minimally invasive decompressive interventions, at the second stage - radical operative interventions with obligatory intensive therapy of hepatic insufficiency, which allows to significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and thereby improve the results of treatment of patients of such a heavy contingent.
