Work of departmental and corporate libraries with digital resources and services of Rospatent

The relevance of the article is determined by the strategic guidelines of Russia on the innovative economy and the need to develop the institute of intellectual property. On the basis of the polysystem methodology and the application of the methods of conceptual modeling and design of the information environment, the necessity of building a micro-level of the digital infrastructure of the intellectual property sphere is proved. The result of the research is the determination of the positions of departmental and corporate libraries in the digital infrastructure of the intellectual property sphere. The key problems of theoretical study and applied design of the work of departmental and corporate libraries with digital resources and services of Rospatent are identified.
